The “Get to Know the José de Mello Group” Programme is already in its 20th edition. At the beginning of March, around two dozen new employees came to discover the various business platforms that make up the José de Mello Group.
Three days of intense work and socializing, while travelling from North to South through Portugal. Three days of contact with the specifics of the different operations and visits to the Brisa Operational Control Centre, the Vila Franca and Descobertas hospitals, Monte da Ravasqueira and, of course, the CUF and Innovnano factories in Estarreja and Coimbra, respectively.
During this three-day event, the participants got to know in depth the reality of the Group of companies in which they work. They created new synergies by sharing knowledge and established a network of new internal contacts. And, last but not least, they had the opportunity to become better acquainted with the values that are common to the José de Mello Group: Human Development, Innovation and Competence.
